Salesforce implementation projects must achieve high customer service and employee management ratings
PwC has been named as a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Salesforce Implementation Consulting Services 2017 Vendor Assessment*. The report states that “across all customers surveyed, the highest mean ratings given were for customer service followed by employee management, which referred to how customers viewed the vendors' ability to provide appropriate and high-quality staff and to manage staff turnover during a project.”
IDC highlights that, “Buyers rate PwC highly for the breadth of its offerings, which in this context means the full spectrum of Salesforce implementation services across the design, build, implement, sustain (e.g., custom additions to Salesforce), and upgrade continuum.”
Commenting on achieving this positioning, Paul Gaynor, PwC’s Global technology Consulting Leader said: “We are pleased to be recognised in this report. Together with our global alliances, like the one we have with Salesforce, we deliver leading services and solutions for Finance, Human Capital, Customer, and Operations across many industries for our clients. We know how to optimise technologies such as cloud, cybersecurity, mobile and data & analytics so we can help our clients to become leaner, smarter, faster and more agile.”
Confirming PwC’s continued commitment to help clients with the most challenging opportunities, from Strategy through Execution, Paul added that: “At PwC, we work at the intersection of business and innovation. We know that success today isn’t about adopting the latest software—it’s about understanding your business challenges and leveraging technology to enable sustainable change to drive results. That’s why we bring the full strength of our firm—our industry, strategy, and technology expertise, plus our award-winning Salesforce Solution Accelerators—to provide innovation to fuel your business transformation.”

About IDC MarketScape
IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model is designed to provide an overview of the competitive fitness of ICT (information and communications technology) suppliers in a given market. The research methodology utilises a rigorous scoring methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria that results in a single graphical illustration of each vendor’s position within a given market. IDC MarketScape provides a clear framework in which the product and service offerings, capabilities and strategies, and current and future market success factors of IT and telecommunications vendors can be meaningfully compared. The framework also provides technology buyers with a 360-degree assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and prospective vendors.
