The report states that: “PwC is particularly strong in operations design and execution, digital talent training and development accelerators, and change management.”

On PwC’s capabilities, the report notes, “PwC ditches slides in favour of active engagement and winning customers. When PwC merged with Booz & Company to form Strategy&, it extended a long tradition of strategy consulting services, dating back to the first strategy consulting firm. Since then, PwC has added a roster of digital capabilities to its portfolio, and it continues to invest in new digital experience centres, with more than 24 established centres from Miami to Sydney.”

It goes on to say, “PwC wants to be the company that challenges its clients to ask the right transformation questions and not simply respond to RFPs. Its go-to-market proposition stands out in that the firm shares its findings and approach in an interactive pitch session that doesn’t depend on slides and instead focuses on exemplifying how the firm would work with your team.

The PwC profile closes with this, “PwC is a good choice if you want a company that often takes a different approach to know the ins and outs of your business before it suggests that it knows how to fix it.”

Tom Puthiyamadam, Global Digital Services Leader with PwC’s Advisory practice said, “We are delighted to be recognised as a leader in this report on global digital business transformation.  We consistently help our clients to increase growth by adopting cutting-edge digital-first business strategies so that they can stay ahead of their competitors and continuously innovate.”
