PwC named a Leader for CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services, Worldwide

PwC has been positioned in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner’s February 2019 Magic Quadrant for CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services, Worldwide. 
 
Commenting on recognition in the Magic Quadrant report, Ed Basanese, US Customer Leader, PwC, stated: “We are delighted to be recognized for our customer service consulting capabilities. We design outside-in customer strategies which ensure that customers’ underlying needs are met.
