China Business Landscape
On the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up of markets, President Xi announced steps to further China’s commitment to economic globalisation, bolstering investor confidence and creating new business opportunities. In conjunction with this, The People’s Bank of China reinforced the commitment with policies focused on expanding market access and lifting ownership restrictions. This progressive environment continues to create new opportunities for domestic and foreign players in the areas of market competition, channels, products and services, customer experience, and operations. Recognising this expansion in global policy and outlook on the future, PwC has decided to hold this year’s regional Analyst Day in Shanghai, China.
