With 60% of CEOs rethinking their HR function HR professionals are under pressure to change the ways in which they use their expertise and tools to identify skills gaps, anticipate needs, spot potential and build their organisation’s workforce.
Transforming HR systems is essential to ensuring an organisation is fit for the digital age, with Software-as-a-service technologies such as SAP, Oracle and Workday forming a crucial element of any HR transformation. However, tailoring the process to each organisation’s unique needs - and never losing sight of the fact HR is fundamentally about people- is what makes the difference in driving change and achieving success in today’s competitive environment.
