capioIT has released its report on Salesforce.com Asia Pacific Systems Integration and Services Providers Capture Share Report - 2019. In this report PwC is ranked as a Market Maker.
In regards to the Salesforce landscape, capioIT notes, “The evolving requirements for engagement and delivery of Salesforce related services have created significant and positive momentum in the market.”
PwC received top scores in both transformation capabilities —particularly sales team strength and country localization — and leverage characteristics — in partnership, global solution development and industry solution development.
Speaking on PwC’s capabilities, the report states, “PwC’s global rise in the Salesforce ecosystem has is replicated in key Asia Pacific markets. Australia and China are vital markets for it. It has deep business relationships that are critical. The other factor that differentiates PwC is the strategic approaches. While it has been as visible as it’s peers of buying talent, it is focusing on introducing PwC graduates in Australia to Salesforce regardless of their graduate stream. An Audit graduate and a consulting graduate will get the background to understand the role of Salesforce and more broadly SaaS in the overall enterprise space.”
Expanding on PwC’s Market Maker rating, the report notes, “PwC has been a rapid riser in the Salesforce ecosystem. Australia and China are central to this in the Asia Pacific region. It has focused on business transformation approaches for Salesforce implementation, avoiding the volume market for the high impact market. This alongside some strategic hiring approaches has enabled the growth to accelerate. The China capability in particular is important to support growing this market at scale for PwC and Salesforce.”.
Reggie Walker, Chief Commercial Officer, PwC US, and Global Salesforce Alliance Leader, PwC, remarked, “We are delighted to be ranked as a Market Maker for Salesforce providers in Asia Pacific and, in particular, to be noted for global solutions development, the strength of our sales team and country localization. At PwC, we believe that connecting with customers is a very personal thing and understanding the local market and adapting to local customer needs is the key to good customer service, brand loyalty and relationship development.”
