Companies under increasing pressure to better manage talent in the digital age
The world of work is in the midst of a massive transformation, with economic, social, and technological trends forcing organisations to manage and optimise talent in a boundaryless world of the digital economy, rather than within its own corporate walls, that’s according to ALM Intelligence’s Talent and Workforce Consulting report [October 2017].
The report finds that companies are under increasing pressure as the way we work rapidly changes, particularly as organisations learn how to maximise an independent and flexible workforce, at the same time as capitalising on the new technologies that are transforming how work gets done.
Jon Williams, partner and PwC’s joint global head of its People and Organisation practice agrees, he commented:

Organisations are therefore turning to consultants to help them maximise a more flexible workforce, prepare the next generation of leaders for success, as well as looking to them for advice on managing the coboting challenge.
The report looks at the consultants who are playing a central role in talent and workforce strategy and assesses firms in terms of their relative ability to create impact for their clients. It has rated PwC a global ALM Intelligence vanguard leader in this field.
