Customer satisfaction is a clear differentiator for Salesforce services

PwC is named a Market Maker leader by CapioIT’s recent report on ‘Salesforce.com Global Systems Integration and Services Providers Capture Share.’

PwC is a Market Maker leader among the 13 vendors evaluated in CapioIT’s September 2016, Salesforce.com Global Systems Integration and Services Providers Capture Share. The definition of a Market Maker is that they score above average in both of CapioIT’s measure attributes: transform and leverage. PwC was the outright top-ranked vendor in Customer Satisfaction in the 2016 report.

CapioIT notes that the market for Salesforce services continues to evolve rapidly and has yet to reach full maturity. The challenge for many partners is finding their differentiation. PwC’s strength of customer satisfaction was ‘clearly differentiating’, according to CapioIT.

Commenting on the opportunity to help clients leverage Salesforce, Miles Everson, PwC’s Global Advisory Leader, said: “It’s great to have been recognised in the CapioIT report for our strength in customer satisfaction.  CapioIT are recognising our investments globally, particularly in Asia Pacific and the Americas, as well as our capabilities to help companies digitally transform their business.”

Salesforce recently recognised PwC’s client work, honouring the firm with three Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards at Dreamforce 2016 for work with three clients, including Lenovo, Sam’s Club and a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. The awards make the global consulting firm the most-awarded Salesforce partner in 2016.*

“We’re pleased to be recognised with three Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards,” said Cornel Nolte, PwC’s Global Salesforce Practice Leader. “Our goal is to help companies reimagine their business, and these awards are a testament to our clients’ commitment to innovate and transform. We’re privileged to have the opportunity to collaborate with our clients and Salesforce. The Customer Success Platform is a major contributor in our ability to help clients with business strategy, experience design and technology.”
