Vicki Huff Eckert

With more than 25 years of experience in working with technology companies to innovate and execute growth strategies, Vicki Huff Eckert leads PwC's US and Global New Business & Innovation, a unit formed to innovate and expand PwC's offerings that build trust in society and solve important problems.
Vicki's passion for innovation has led to her successful development of several strategic partnerships between PwC and some of today's most visionary tech companies – and the incorporation of innovative technologies into PwC solutions.
She continues this work today, leading PwC's New Business & Innovation to help clients embrace emerging technologies to empower their business strategy.
Previously, Vicki led PwC's Global Technology, InfoComm, Entertainment and Media industry. In this capacity, she provided oversight to PwC clients across the PwC network representing 94 percent of Fortune Global 500 and 91 percent of the FT Global 500 Technology Media and Telecommunications companies. Vicki's clients represent the constantly evolving technology marketplace and range from start-ups to the largest technology organisations in the world.
Vicki is a dedicated mentor, actively supporting rising leaders both within PwC and the larger marketplace, with a particular focus on advocating for women. She launched PwC's Global Relationship Partner of the Future programme, aimed at nurturing 350 top-performing partners and preparing them for global leadership roles. During her time leading this initiative, Vicki was responsible for the development of over 350 top partners throughout the world.
In 2016, Vicki was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. In 2008, Vicki was recognised by Consulting magazine as leader in client service within the Consulting industry. In 2007, Vicki was also recognised by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as a member of the 40 under 40 emerging leaders within Silicon Valley.
As much as Vicki is committed to her work at PwC, she is also a prominent community leader, volunteering and giving her support to local organisations. She is a board member of a non-profit organization, a Scout Leader, and an active member of her community's school PTO.
Vicki is a proud alumna of the Pennsylvania State University. She is a certified as a public accountant licensed by the California Society of CPAs and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
