New York - PwC announced today that J. Richard Stamm has been named Network Vice Chairman, Tax effective November 1. In this role he will lead PwC's tax practices globally and will be a member of PwC's Network Executive Team (NET).

In his new role, Mr. Stamm will succeed Richard Collier-Keywood, who has been named PwC's Network Vice Chairman. Mr. Collier-Keywood's new responsibilities will include coordination of PwC's global strategy.

Mr. Stamm has been the tax leader of PwC US and a member of PwC's the Global Tax Leadership team since 2004. He joined the US firm in 1976. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting, Summa Cum Laude from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. . Succeeding Mr. Stamm as tax leader for PwC US will be Mark J. Mendola.

Mr. Collier-Keywood has been Global Leader, Tax since July, 2008 and previously led the UK firm's tax practice for five years. He was admitted as a partner in the UK firm in 1992. A trained barrister, he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
